Phoning Call Centres? Get through their menus quickly

Please Press One features on the BBC's One Show

PleasePress1.com had a great feature on The One Show on Sept 3rd. After putting me through my paces on the running track (I was relieved they only showed my warm up!), presenter Alex and a team of runners put British Gas, HMRC, PC World, Ford and The AA  to the test to see who has the longest phone menu, and how many 'hurdles' you have to jump through to speak to someone.

Unsurprisingly, HMRC took first place on the podium with a record score of 5 mins and 20 seconds to complete the menu options. In second place was Ford, with PC World taking the bronze medal. They also tested the time it took for a call to be made using PleasePress1.com, and compared it to the length of an average call - this gave impressive results and proved that we really can save you time, money & frustration! Back in the studio, an interesting discussion followed with Angela Rippon joining in on the debate. We've seen lots of new visitors to the site and our social media pages since, all of whom are very welcome.
