PleasePress1.com talks Phone Menus on BBC's Rip Off Britain
Please Press 1 made another appearance on the BBC today, featuring
on their popular morning show, 'Rip Off Britain'. The show
champions consumer rights, and so who better to visit than
PleasePress1.com? The team paid a visit to Nigel's office and heard
about how the business began and Nigel's visions for the future.
This includes encouraging companies to have more Freephone numbers
- after all, why should the customer pay to be on hold? Meanwhile,
back at the Rip Off Britain base, Angela Rippon and the team put
some leading communications companies to the test on their wait
times, and canvassed public opinion on the issue. Huge thanks to
