PleasePress1.com had a great mention on Watchdog last night. Our Phone Rage Index findings on HMRC were the focus of the piece, with presenter Chris explaining that they have 14 numbers offering 58 separate menus, which provides a total of 713 possible options! Their Income Tax enquiry line is one of the worst offenders, having 74 options across 6 levels. My thanks to Watchdog for making their viewers aware of the website.
