What do your calls really cost?

In this age of communication,there are so many types of phone numbers it can be hard to know what you are really paying for each call. Fortunately,Ofcom (the UK communications regulator), have produced a handy guide to phone numbers and their typical call costs, to clear up any queries you may have. We've summarised it below, so you can see at a glance approximately how much it costs you to talk.

Did you know that businesses can no longer charge you premium phone rates when calling customer service? Financial services such as Banking and Insurance companies are currently exempt from this law, but this is expected to change shortly. Read More...
