Warning - You will be given the following information before the options: We are aware that a batch of emails are in circulation that will appear to have been sent by FedEx, these emails are not genuine and are fraudulent. FedEx do not use emails to advise that packages waiting for your collection and we'd always leave you a calling card at your property should you not be in when we attempted the delivery. In addition are shipments are tracked in a numerical sequence with numbers. Fraudulent emails may ask you to download or print up a postal receipt and ask you to take this to your local post office for collection. FedEx does not use the Post Office network as we have our own dedicated locations. Please delete the email and we would recommend you run and antivirus scan on your PC or device. We are working with various authorities and agencies to prevent all references to FedEx and shut down this practice.Thank you for calling.
