Helpful Hint - We supply the fresh water to your property, we're unable to answer any questions about your drainage these should instead be directed to either Thames or Anglian Water depending on where you live. We collect sewage charges on behalf of Thames and Anglian Water as detailed on your bill. To contact Thames Water please call 08459 200 800, for Anglian Water please call 08457 145 145. Please note these numbers can also be found on the reverse of your bill
